Reflexology
This is a therapy that uses the feet as a map, or mirror of the whole body. By manipulating and applying pressure to specific parts of the feet, each area of which corresponds to every body part, organ or gland, the whole body can be re-tuned and brought back into balance.

Indian Head Massage
An ancient treatment based upon Ayurvedik principals and utilizing a wide variety of massage movements focusing on the shoulders, neck, scalp and face. Specifically helps in relief from headaches, tension, eye strain and stress.

Hopi Ear Candles (Thermal Auricular Therapy)
This ancient Indian relaxation therapy helps in the relief of conjestion in the head and ears. It is noted and recommended for the following conditions; excessive ear wax production, sinusitis, catarrh, tinnitus, headaches and migraines.
